By means of jar test, pilot trial and full-scale production test, the dosing optimization of inorganic coagulant, the enhanced coagulation of poly-molecular organic flocculant aid, the selection of filtration media and the secondary micro-flocculation enhanced filtration were studied to improve the turbidity removal in water purification. The optimum process condition and parameters of the above methods were determined, which can be selectively used to lower down the turbidity of the finished water.

In Algeria, the seismic risk threat the large cities, and more particularly the Algiers Metropolitan City which contains a very old urban nuclei mainly made up of masonry buildings (stone and/or brick). The expertises carried out on this kind of structures showed the low resistance of this type of construction towards seismic action. The study of the seismic vulnerability of masonry buildings is thus of topicality and constitutes a fundamental stage for the reduction of the losses due to earthquakes in this city. This vulnerability can be reduced if preventive measures are taken. In this work, we will present an estimate of the vulnerability degree of Algiers masonry buildings by using the "Vulnerability Index Method". This one will allow us to evaluate the seismic vulnerability of these buildings then to carry out their classification according to their seismic quality.

In the traditional design approach of data-model-driven, system analysis and design phases are often separated which makes the demand information can not be expressed explicitly. The method is also easy to lead developer to the process-oriented programming, making codes between the modules or between hierarchies disordered. So it is hard to meet requirement of system scalability. The paper proposes a software hiberarchy based on rich domain model according to domain-driven design named FHRDM, then the Webwork + Spring + Hibernate (WSH) framework is determined. Domain-driven design aims to construct a domain model which not only meets the demand of the field where the software exists but also meets the need of software development. In this way, problems in Navigational Maritime System (NMS) development like big system business volumes, difficulty of requirement elicitation, high development costs and long development cycle can be resolved successfully.

In order to enhance the safety of maritime transportation and improve the accuracy of maritime traffic accident prediction, an unbiased grey forecast model based on residual error is applied to predict maritime traffic accident. Based on the historical data of maritime traffic accidents from 2008 to 2017, the traditional unbiased grey model prediction and residual error unbiased grey model prediction are carried out, and the fitting curves of actual value and predicted value of the two models are drawn. The results show that the prediction accuracy and fitting curve of residual error unbiased grey model are better than those of traditional unbiased grey model, which can truly reflect the development trend of comprehensive safety of maritime traffic, and the prediction results have certain reliability and practicability.

A tablet computer with a depth camera and a color camera is loaded on a traditional shopping cart. The inside information of the shopping cart is obtained by two cameras. In the shopping cart monitoring field, it is very important for us to determine whether the customer with goods in or out of the shopping cart. This paper establishes a basic framework for judging empty hand, it includes the hand extraction process based on the depth information, process of skin color model building based on WPCA (Weighted Principal Component Analysis), an algorithm for judging handheld products based on motion and skin color information, statistical process. Through this framework, the first step can ensure the integrity of the hand information, and effectively avoids the influence of sleeve and other debris, the second step can accurately extract skin color and eliminate the similar color interference, light has little effect on its results, it has the advantages of fast computation speed and high efficiency, and the third step has the advantage of greatly reducing the noise interference and improving the accuracy.

With the development of intelligent electrical,the application of intelligent equipment,the development and application of high-speed computer network in real-time systems and time device status detection technology is getting mature,a numbers of smart substations are going to be build,which intelligent technology is dependent the reliability of the second and automation systems.Several domestic and international grid blackouts in recent years also show that the failure of the secondary systems is an important reason to cause these accidents.Currently,most of the power system reliability management system has done around the first system,and for the secondary system of reliability management is far from perfect,especially the intelligent substation secondary system reliability management has not carried out.For this problem,study the intelligent substation secondary system from the hardware devices,data and communication interface,the device features modules and other aspects,the hardware structure of smart substation secondary system compared to the conventional substation has occurred great changes,but its main function modules did not change with the change of hardware technology,which makes the reliability of the modules from a view of functional of the system assess even more scientific and stable.combine the fault tree analysis and the effectiveness assessment to establish the reliability of the system as a model.For analyzing the reliability of the secondary system quantitatively this paper has established the reliability index of sub-module and whole system,and identify the weak links by the index.The work of this paper will have a positive impact to the future intelligent substation system design,equipment selection and the actual operation.
